Start today

We can start right now.

Start with a free 3-day trial — hand over a stalled invoice and watch me work it before you pay anything. After that it is $390 a month for up to 10 active payment threads, month to month, cancel any time.

No charge for 3 days. Setup costs you about ten minutes.

The first three days are free

See me at work before you pay for it.

You should not have to take my word for how this goes. Hand over one stalled invoice, and in three days you will know more about where it actually sits than you have learned in the last month of following up.

Day 1

You subscribe and hand it over

Two steps on your side — the domain address and one forwarded introduction. I take over the thread the same day. Nothing is charged yet.

Days 2–3

You watch me work

I make contact, find who actually owns payment on their side, and report back: whether the invoice is approved, who is holding it, and whether there is a date. You see exactly what you would be paying for.

Day 4

You decide

If it is working, billing starts at $390 a month and I keep going. If it is not, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing — no call, no explanation needed.

Cancel from the Stripe billing portal or just message me — either works, and neither needs a reason.

After you subscribe

Two steps on your side. Then I take it from there.

01

01

Give me an address on your domain

Create something like accounts@youragency.com and point it at tatiana@collected42.com as an alias or forward. Takes five minutes in Google Workspace.

Everything I send then goes out from your domain. To your client’s finance team it reads as your accounts function — not an external collector. That single difference is most of the leverage, and it is why this works without damaging the relationship.

02

02

Introduce me in the stalled thread

Forward the message below into your existing email thread with the client. One message, no explanation needed.

From that point the payment conversation is mine. You don’t have to send another reminder, and your contact gets a clean, face-saving way to hand it to their AP team.

The introduction — copy this

Subject: Invoice #[number] — adding our accounts contact

Hi [Name],

Adding accounts@[youragency].com to this thread — they handle invoicing and payment scheduling on our side from here.

They’ll coordinate directly with whoever owns payment at your end, so you and I can keep this thread on the work.

For reference: invoice #[number] for [amount], due [date].

Thanks,

[Your name]

What happens next

I take over the thread

I find the person who actually owns payment, get a scheduled date on record, and work the blocker — PO, approval, vendor setup, payment run. You stay out of it.

We book a call, in parallel

Thirty minutes for context: which clients, what’s already been promised, what’s been said. I’ll come to it with a plan rather than questions.

We stop the next one happening

Once the current invoices clear, we set up the prevention side — deposits, payment onboarding, terms — so the next project doesn’t repeat this.

Not an email problem?

Chasing them on WhatsApp instead? Let’s talk first.

If the payment conversation lives on WhatsApp, on calls, or somewhere other than email — or you have questions before you subscribe — talk to me first. No pitch: a straight answer on whether this fits, and what I’d do in your situation.
